This really depends on how many children are in your group as we allow more time for more children in the booking, usually each booking will last between 5-10 minutes inside the grotto.

Each child will receive a token to choose a present from Santa's Toy Shop as well as the chance to feed one of his real-life reindeer

Yes, we cater for all ages and every child will receive an age-appropriate gift from Santa.

We only have a limit of 4 children per 10min time slot so you will need to book 4 children into a time slot as well as how many adults. then book another 1 child onto the next time slot after the one you’ve booked. They will be allowed to go in together and have plenty of time to enjoy the experience.

Please arrive 5 minutes before your allotted time. Please allow plenty of time for traveling to us in case of traffic.

We have a café available to visit either before or after your grotto experience.
