These terms and conditions together with our privacy policy set out the terms in which we supply your tickets for Santa’s grotto @woodland walk garden centre. Please read these terms and conditions and the privacy policy carefully before booking tickets to visit us. If you do not accept the terms and conditions or privacy policy you will not be able to purchase tickets for this event.

1. It is important to stick to your allotted time when you visit we advise you arrive 5 minutes before your time slot, if you have booked multiple children then please arrive before the first time slot given. We do not advise arriving at the grotto more than 5 minutes before to prevent overcrowding in that area.

2. If you have booked multiple children on the visit then you will be allowed to go in together as a family group.

3. your booking confirmation will be sent to you once you’ve completed the booking stage, please read        it carefully and check for any mistakes. Notify us straight away to get any errors rectified.

4. these tickets are non transferable and non refundable so please keep this in mind before booking with us.

5. we have live reindeer as part of our Christmas display; these are with us all year round and are very used to seeing people. Please listen to the elf with you when visiting them and adhere to all instructions.

6. each child will be given a  token to choose a present from Santa's Toy Shop,  and get the chance to feed one of his reindeer.. You will receive one photo of the visit with Santa which is included in the price.

7. we are located just outside Efail Isaf at postcode CF38 1BG,  please allow plenty of time for your journey to us.

8. late arrival may result in you not being able to enter the grotto.
